Work directly with experienced system builders.

Leyline works with organisations facing operational problems that cross teams, workflows, data and software. We can work alongside an internal team or take responsibility for design and delivery.

Founder-led.

Sam Kandi, co-founder and technical director, spent five years building and deploying systems inside a healthcare communications business. His work included operational platforms, data integration, production AI and the finance and process changes needed to support them. Within his division, he held primary responsibility for what shipped, whether people could use it in normal work and how it was maintained.

Every Leyline engagement is founder-led. Clients work directly with the people responsible for the work, without an account layer between them.

Selected experience

AI systems built for operational use.

Leyline has practical experience of building and deploying AI inside an operating business. Effective AI systems depend on more than the model: they need reliable data, suitable integrations, clear ownership and a workflow people can use. We apply that experience where AI offers a material advantage. We also know when conventional software or a process change is the better answer.

Map / Blueprint / Build

From an unresolved problem to a working system.

Start where the work requires. Leyline can begin with an unresolved problem or join when a direction, plan or specification already exists. The output from each stage gives you the detail needed to make a decision, continue delivery or operate the finished system. Each stage can stand alone. You can continue with Leyline or use that work independently.

Map

Document how the work happens now. Identify the problems, constraints and worthwhile changes before deciding what to build. You receive a documented map, clear priorities and a recommendation for what should happen next.

Blueprint

Turn one agreed priority into a practical plan: the future workflow, system boundaries, responsibilities, data needs and measures of success.

Build

Implement the system, integration, training or process change the evidence supports, while keeping the plan connected to how the organisation really works.
